Fabulous family holiday , we had three prestige caravans all beside each other & were in a great location for all the amenities 👍🏼staff lovely especially Damien in the children’s activity team , an absolute gem , haven are lucky to have such a guy , fabulous with my 5 grandchildren ,All in all it was a amazing holiday ,plenty to do & see , we are already planning to come back next year , the best camp we have all stayed in so very well done guys , keep up the good work 😊
We visited during the week for a family get together. Had standard grade caravans these were excellent, clean and also modern. Also had heating (despite being told this was not guaranteed with standard grade). The facilities on this site are fantastic and there are most things you could imagine. Our 2 year old niece and our 8 month old baby particularly enjoyed the park, soft play and pool. The pool had excellent slides and many areas to explore. Downside was a little cold and showers were mostly out of order. The arcades are excellent and there were some pretty cool rides for kids. The entertainment we went to was good and there is an excellent daily schedule of activities. We enjoyed the haven characters dancing, messy play, sensory play, learning to bike Ride, inflatable assault course and walking on water. Only downside was the fact it is such a tiring holiday because you want to be out doing everything. Kind of need a holiday to recover. They are currently building and so from June there is set to be even more facilities and activities including some more indoor play areas, an aereal adventure and a bungee jump. We cannot wait to come back here but will make it longer next time.
We just returned from a long weekend away here in our motorhome and it was really good. The staff are lovely and friendly and they do a bang up job. They can't do enough to make sure you are alright. The park was immaculately clean and you can go there with confidence even given the current situation. We will most definitely be coming back.
